It was intended by him to be a separate pleasure garden neighboring the Zanana bagh, which is also known Royal Ladies Garden. Later, the house of Bikaji, acknowledged its heritage importance with regard to Bikaner in Rajasthan, and converted this property in to a large hotel which ensembles in itself rich cultural heritage of the rajas and the maharajas.
